The story of the Last Human begins.

Following the cursed truth uncovered within the Blackzone, the last human returns to the Draconi broken and scarred. Crushed by the weight of a trauma he can no longer repress, he attempts to move on with his life in Illayla as a Blackrunner, a mentor and a friend. However, stricken with nightmares and plagued by dark sentiment, he is slowly being torn apart by the present and the past.

That is until he discovers something new.

Something different.

Something that will change him, and all of Illayla, forever.

Here it is! This build has been the hardest to write, despite being half the length of build 5! Apologies that it took a lot longer to get a new build out, but after the previous update I was feeling quite burned out! Nevertheless, I couldn't be more excited about what's coming - this is where we start getting to the real meat of Soulcreek, the stuff I've been looking forward to since the start!

I'm also really happy to say that SidmonTheBear has generously agreed to contribute some of his amazing CGs to Soulcreek! For those who've previously seen his fanart, I'm sure you'll agree that it feels fantastically well, and we're already in discussion about more CGs that can be added to future scenes. The addition of Sidmon to the art line-up alongside Elle's fantastic work will give the visual aspect of Soulcreek a massive boost. We're all looking forward to traumatising y'all with some of the content that's upcoming!

• I had previously envisioned Soulcreek as a 3-act story, but it feels better to me with only 2. All previous days have now been made into Act 1, and the new day is the beginning of Act 2
• Day 8 has been added - 24 (and a half) thousand words. There is no NSFW content in the new day. 
• 3 new CGs by DanielleClaire, which can all be found on day 8. 
• Three CGs by SidmonTheBear. These can be found on day 2 (at the hot springs), day 6 (at Carmine) and on day 8.
• New expressions for Takhi!
• The CG on day 3 featuring Loken and Alex doing some archery training has received a revamp.
• Altered NSFW scenes. I toned down some of the language and ensured all of these moments had an option to skip - previously, some of those choices were missing (particularly on day 5).
